LinkedIn promotes lifelong learning by networking and collaborating with professionals from around the world, allowing you to learn and grow through their experiences and participating in engaging discussions. In this hands on, interactive session we will work on steps to get your profile to 100%, profile optimization tips to get you noticed, making connections and contacts, asking for and giving recommendations, joining groups, searching for companies and jobs and LinkedIn security settings. By the end of the session you will walk away with the tools, knowledge and resources (handouts) to put together a professional profile and increase your visibility in your professional community.  

This session will be held in a computer lab, so it can be more hands on. You are also welcome to bring a laptop if you prefer. Wireless internet access will be available.
